Job Role:

As a Patient Recruiter (PR), you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for medical research studies. You'll provide detailed information about studies, maintain strong relationships with participants, and ensure compliance with all protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and screen potential study participants based on research protocols.

• Educate patients about study objectives, requirements, and benefits.

• Coordinate off-site recruitment events and promotional activities.

• Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with medical terminology, treatment procedures, and industry regulations to enhance communication and understanding with potential patients

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales or patient recruiter within a BPO environment.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance regulations is a bonus.

Work Schedule:

• 45-hour work week with rotating shifts between 15:00 – 05:00

• Rotating working days from Monday to Sunday to ensure consistent support.

• Dynamic holiday.

Salary Structure:

• Basic: R 12 500

• Shift Allowance: R500

• Commission Up To: R3000

• Anniversary Bonus
