Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site volunteer role based in Lagos. The Volunteer will assist with the planning and execution of community outreach initiatives, support educational programs such as workshops and training sessions, and contribute to social media and online engagement efforts. Responsibilities include organising events, coordinating with team members, and providing administrative support as needed to further the organisation's mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills to support events and outreach activities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and the community.
  • Social media and online engagement skills to assist with digital outreach and content creation.
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards volunteering and community service.
  • Interest or experience in education, training facilitation, or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to commit to an on-site role with flexibility for occasional travel if required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and publicity, with experience using editing apps such as Canva, CapCut and the like.
