OnIt is a fast-growing digital platform connecting households and businesses to verified service providers while empowering Nigeria's informal workforce with skills, technology, and dignified income opportunities.

We are hiring a Fulfillment Operations Officer to help build and manage our growing network of service providers (called "ChampiOns"). This role involves recruiting, verifying, and onboarding and matching skilled service providers (our ChampiOns) to job requests across different service categories such as cleaning, laundry, repairs, logistics, beauty, and family care. You'll be responsible for ensuring every OnIt service is delivered efficiently, reliably, and with quality.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, verify and onboard new artisans and service providers.
  • Conduct background and KYC checks for all new recruits.
  • Coordinate training and onboarding sessions with BlueVarsity.
  • Track activation, engagement, and performance of workers.
  • Assign and track service requests to available providers.
  • Maintain accurate workforce data and performance reports.
  • Support field operations and workforce-related activities.
  • Monitor service quality and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 6 months -2 years of experience in HR, operations, supply, logistics, or workforce coordination.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital tools.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate field and admin duties.
  • Experience in a gig, logistics, or home-service startup is an advantage.
  • Proximity to Gbagada is highly recommended
