VACANCY: Control Tower Officer

Location: Lagos State | Industry: E-commerce | Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

bitMARTe is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Control Tower Officer to ensure the timely processing and fulfillment of all orders placed on the bitMARTe platform. The successful candidate will monitor order status, identify and escalate delays, and coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


• Monitor and track all orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.


• Escalate critical service or system failures for prompt resolution.


• Report deviations from expected turnaround times (TAT) to the Supervisor or Service Manager.


• Develop and implement quality assurance standards and monitoring systems.


• Measure and track team performance using quality metrics and KPIs.


• Present weekly performance scorecards and delivery reports.


• Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance operational processes.


• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and industry standards.


• Maintain high levels of reliability, accuracy, and process compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in a related field.


• Minimum of 4 years of post-graduation experience in reputable, process-driven organizations.


• Experience in eCommerce operations and order fulfillment.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
