Job Title: Credit Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Credit Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end credit operations process, ensuring efficient credit assessment, documentation, disbursement, monitoring, and reporting. This role ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards while supporting business growth and maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Processing & Administration
Oversee the credit application workflow from submission to approval, documentation, and disbursement.
- Ensure accurate verification, completeness, and proper filing of all credit documents.
- Coordinate with the credit risk, sales, and finance teams to enable seamless credit operations.

- Ensure all credit operations comply with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Monitor credit exposures and portfolio performance, identifying early warning signs of delinquency.
Support the implementation of credit risk controls and workflow improvements.
Loan Disbursement & Monitoring
Manage and validate all loan disbursements to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Oversee post-disbursement monitoring, including repayment tracking, account reconciliation, and customer follow-up.
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of credit system data.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, train, and supervise the credit operations team.
- Set performance goals, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to service-level standards.
Foster a culture of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on credit activities, loan performance, and operational metrics.
- Analyze trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist management in strategic planning through data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in credit operations, credit administration, lending, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of credit processes, regulatory guidelines, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in credit management systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams.
