Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Van Sales Representative at CWAY WATER. The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales by promoting and delivering products to customers within assigned territories. The role involves building relationships with clients, maintaining accurate sales records and reports daily, and meeting set sales targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, collecting payments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer engagement skills to effectively promote products and build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Knowledge in product distribution, inventory management, and surveying new sales opportunities.
  • Driving skills, a valid driver's license, and an understanding of road safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to address customer needs and close sales effectively.
  • Highly motivated, result-driven, and able to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to maintain accurate sales records, manage payments, and report to supervisors promptly.
  • Prior experience in sales or distribution, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry, is an added advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
