*Salary:* ₦200,000 Monthly

*Bonus:* 13th Month Pay + Leave Allowance

*Work Schedule* : Monday – Friday

*Job Summary:*

An established OEM supply company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across its operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with local and international HSE standards, promoting a culture of safety, and supporting operational teams in maintaining a hazard-free workplace.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.

Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.

Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for staff.

Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare reports for management review.

Liaise with external safety regulators and agencies when necessary.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety and environmental protection.

*Requirements:*

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in HSE within an industrial, engineering, or OEM supply environment.

Professional HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON) is required.

Strong knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations and ISO standards.

Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
