Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and woodwork projects.
  • Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine material quantities and labour costs.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost plans, and tender documentation.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.

Requirements:

  • 3- 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within the woodwork/joinery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, production processes, and costing in joinery projects.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Immediate availability is required.
