Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to uphold service excellence.
  • Follow company standards, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively and report issues where necessary.
  • Represent the Walsh Blanc brand with professionalism at all times.

Role-Specific Highlights

  • Cleaners / Facility Assistants:
    Maintain hygiene standards and manage cleaning routines.
  • Waiters:
    Attend to guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable customer experience.
  • Social Media Manager:
    Create engaging content, manage social pages, and support brand marketing.
  • Facility Manager:
    Oversee building upkeep, repairs, and vendor coordination.
  • Kitchen Chefs / Assistants:
    Prepare meals and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
  • Accountant:
    Manage financial records, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc (role-dependent).
  • Prior experience is an advantage, but
    trainable and committed candidates are welcome
    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow direction.
