Responsibilities:

  • Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for all content formats (static, motion, interactive).
  • Ensure brand consistency while innovating within client/company guidelines.
  • Partner with the content team (content writer, social media manager, video editor, account manager) to develop visual narratives and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Stay updated with design trends, platform updates, and creative best practices to ensure all visuals remain fresh, modern, and impactful.
  • Provide design direction and communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, and incorporate feedback into design revision.
  • Manage and maintain design assets, including images, fonts, and other design elements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high quality work.
  • Interpret design briefs, understanding objectives, target audiences and design requirements.
  • Actively contribute ideas and insights to enhance the agency's creativity.
  • Overall, we are looking for a talented and collaborative Creative Designer with a passion for creative problem-solving and innovation.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a creative design role, with compulsory experience in a media and marketing agency.
  • A portfolio demonstrating diversification in different niches is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, PremierePro and Canva.
  • Exceptional skills in motion graphics (creation of engaging animations, GIFs, and short-form motion content for digital platforms).
  • Experience designing for multiple clients, adapting content to different formats, and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Experience handling multiple client projects, tailoring designs to different industries and brand identities.
  • Ability to use data and audience insights to refine creative strategies and optimise design performance.
  • Understanding of typography, layout principles, and colour theory for effective brand storytelling.
  • Ability to create short animations, GIFs, and motion graphics to enhance digital content.
  • Labile is a fully remote company; as such, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment is vital.
  • Familiarity in using project management tools, particularly Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
  • Must possess excellent communication, time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
