Role Overview

We're seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer to help bring the YDPAY brand to life across digital and print platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling and design strategy, turning complex ideas into simple, compelling, and memorable visuals that inspire action.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design engaging visual content for social media, website, email campaigns, presentations, and advertisements.

·      Develop creative assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, brand decks, and events.

·      Maintain and evolve YDPAY's visual identity across all channels to ensure brand consistency and cohesion.

·      Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine brand guidelines and visual standards.

·      Work cross-functionally with product and business teams to understand creative needs and deliver on briefs.

·      Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and strategic design ideas.

·      Support the content and communications team with layout, visual storytelling, and graphic production.

·      Design assets for both digital (web, social, email) and print (flyers, brochures, banners, signage).

·      Prepare production-ready files and liaise with external printers or vendors when necessary.

Required Qualifications

·      2–4years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.

·      Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital and print media.

·      Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.

·      Strong grasp of design fundamentals - layout, color, composition, and typography.

·      Ability to balance multiple projects, manage timelines, and deliver quality work under pressure.

·      Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach to creative development.

Bonus Skills

·      Experience working within fintech, crypto, or technology startups.

·      UI/UX design experience or familiarity with web design tools and principles.

·      Basic video editing, motion design, or animation skills.

·      Knowledge of branding, storytelling, and marketing strategy.
