ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator + Social Media Manager, located in Lekki, Lagos. The Content Creator + Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. This includes creating engaging content, posting regularly across all social media platforms, monitoring social media channels for feedback and messages, and analyzing social media metrics to track success and make improvements. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and to support marketing campaigns through social media channels.

The role involves storytelling through fashion visuals, managing our social media platforms, growing engagement, and driving sales through digital campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Skills in content creation, including planning, creating, and editing photo/video content for social media and marketing campaigns.

* Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with brand goals.

* Proficiency in major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

* Experience with social media analytics and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social

* Analyze social media performance and generate reports for growth strategies.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the online community and collaborate within the team

* Collaborate with the sales/styling team to create product-focused content.

* Previous experience in a similar role or in the fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus

* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

2–3 years' experience in content creation and social media management.

* Strong photography/videography skills (editing a plus).

* Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar creative tools.

* Trend-savvy with a passion for fashion, styling, and storytelling.
