Social Media Handler & Content Creator (Food Focus)

We're looking for a creative and experienced
Social Media Handler & Content Creator
with a strong background in
food blogging, food styling, and digital storytelling.
The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes food content — from street eats to fine dining — and understands how to translate that passion into engaging, shareable social media experiences.

You'll be responsible for managing social media pages, creating compelling visual and written content, and building a consistent brand voice that resonates with food lovers across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Create visually appealing photo, video, and short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.) that showcase our food and brand personality.
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and kitchen teams for content production.
  • Stay ahead of trends in food culture, content creation, and social media to keep our pages fresh and relevant.
  • Write creative and engaging captions that reflect brand tone and drive engagement.
  • Monitor analytics and report on content performance, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage influencer or collaboration campaigns when required.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a
    food blogger, food content creator, or social media manager in the food industry
    .
  • Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (mobile or DSLR proficiency).
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with a keen eye for trends and detail.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • In-depth understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other major social platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency in brand presentation.
  • A genuine passion for food, culture, and creative expression.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience managing food or restaurant brands' social media accounts.
  • Knowledge of food styling, plating, and visual aesthetics.
