Our team is hands-on in conducting due diligence, creating documentation, and finding properties in suitable locations, and we continuously interpret and act upon economic market forces.Role Description1. Design Support Design product fliers, advert fliers, brand fliers, concept fliers, and event materials. Develop social media graphics in line with campaign briefs and brand guidelines. Adapt and resize existing designs for various platforms and formats. Provide quick turnaround designs for tactical campaigns and product pushes.2. Brand Consistency Ensure all designs align with GIDI's visual identity and brand tone. Support the Graphics Designer in maintaining design templates and style guides. Assist in updating and organizing design assets for ease of use.3. Content Development (Added Advantage) Capture high-quality pictures and videos for product campaigns, site visits, and events. Support in generating simple content ideas for visual storytelling. Collaborate with the content team to execute creative briefs.4. Production & Execution Prepare design files for print and digital use. Ensure final output meets required technical specifications. Assist in basic video edits or motion graphics where required (advantageous).5. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Graphics Designer to execute briefs efficiently. Support campaign execution timelines to ensure speed and quality. Take feedback constructively and adapt designs where necessary.Requirements Must be Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom), corel drawand Canva. Basic photography skills and an eye for composition. Good understanding of visual hierarchy and storytelling. Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Willingness to learn, adapt, and support the lead designer's vision.
