Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in maintenance management within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.

  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.

  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

  • Support capital projects, plant expansions, and new equipment installations.

  • Monitor and report key maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and enforce safe working procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards applicable to the FMCG industry.

  • Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as required.

Ensure effective Project Management by closely tracking the implementation plan with focus on quality and safety.

Drive Projects to successful completion by mitigating effectively all the inernal and external issues involved

Ensuring compliance of all operations according to SOP/Working Instructions
