Salary: 300k per month

Role Overview

The Head of Sales leads the sales organization to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets. This senior leader is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's sales strategy in line with business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on growth goals.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture through training and performance management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

3+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
