Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Stay up-to-date on our product lines, promotions, and events

  • Provide product information and styling advice to customers

  • Process sales transactions and ensure accurate sales reporting

  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays

  • Participate in sales events, fashion shows, and product launches

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock tracking and reporting

  • Utilize sales applications and software to manage customer interactions, sales performance, and inventory

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the fashion industry (fresh graduates welcome to apply if you have relevant experience)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets

  • Knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments

  • Proficiency in:

  • Using laptops and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

  • Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)

  • Content creation and management

  • Inventory management and sales applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Simple Books)

  • Familiarity with sales software and technology is a plus
