Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team at the Entrepreneurship Village. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing employee engagement programs, enforcing compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a productive and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also lead talent development initiatives to support organizational goals and ensure career growth opportunities for employees.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution strategies.
  • Experience with HR Compliance, Employment Law, and Policy Development.
  • Proven skills in Leadership, Communication, and the ability to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and general computer applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles is required, with at least 2 years in management.
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial or innovation-driven environment is an advantage.
