  • Manage performance management, compensation, benefits, and succession planning.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, financial services regulations, and internal policies.

  • Advise leadership on employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.

  • Drive learning, development, and culture initiatives that support productivity and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within financial services or asset management.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
