Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Administrative Officers, exclusively open to 2025 Batch C and 2026 Batch A serving corps members. The position is based in Port Harcourt. Administrative Officers will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing daily operations, organizing records and documentation, coordinating with team members and clients, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong organizational capabilities and effective communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office and support the company's activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in General Administration, Administrative Assistance, and Organization Skills
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus
  • Residing within the environment
