The Motion Graphic Designer will:Design and animate motion graphics for Lumilearn's micro-courses, lesson intros, and explainer videos.Create kinetic typography, character animations, and visual transitions that enhance storytelling.Translate scripts into visually engaging sequences that support learning goals.Collaborate with video editors to ensure design consistency across all lessons.Maintain Lumilearn's visual style guide and recommend improvements for better learner engagement.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting production timelines and quality standards.Stay updated on motion design trends and tools relevant to educational and digital content.QualificationsProven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, preferably in e-learning, media, or creative agencies.Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent motion design tools).Strong understanding of composition, timing, and visual storytelling.Ability to interpret scripts and design visuals that align with educational objectives.Keen eye for detail, colour, and typography.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.A portfolio demonstrating a range of motion graphics and animation work.
