This role is responsible for
the end-to-end delivery of products and projects as part of client engagements and/or our startup studio. They will coordinate and engage with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders
."

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Technical Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple technical projects across clients and internal teams.
  • Translate client requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between client needs, technical design, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
  • Track, measure, and report on technical delivery performance, using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Organise and facilitate project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of solutions delivered.

Stakeholder and Client Management

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on transparency, responsiveness, and value delivery.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and changes in a timely and effective manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the adoption and operationalisation of delivered solutions by collaborating with client-side users and teams.

Continuous Improvement &Innovation

  • Stay current on technology trends, delivery practices, and industry innovations to inform project execution and improvement.
  • Facilitate post-project reviews and retrospectives to identify learnings and areas for process improvement.
  • Contribute to internal frameworks, toolkits, and methodologies to scale the delivery team's capabilities.

Growth & Strategy

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for account expansion through delivery excellence.
  • Support proposal development, technical scoping, and pre-sales activities as needed.
  • Promote a delivery culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and measurable impact.

You may also be required to travel.

Education/Required Skills:

  • First Degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant role
  • Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management
  • Strong analytical skills
