The ideal candidate will combine technical design precision with creative visualization ability, contributing to both product development and visual storytelling within the company.Key Responsibilities1. Design EngineeringDesign and develop drone components, mechanisms, and assemblies using CAD software.Create detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings for manufacturing and prototyping.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electronics, fabrication, media) to ensure seamless integration between mechanical and electronic systems.Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and ensure design-for-manufacturing standards.Maintain accurate documentation and version control for all design projects. 2. 3D Product Visualization & AnimationCreate realistic 3D renders and animations of drone products for marketing and presentation purposes.Convert CAD models into Blender for rendering, lighting, texturing, and animation workflows.Develop cinematic product videos and visual effects for product launches and promotional campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality visual assets and motion content. 3. Training & InstructionProvide mentorship and guidance to interns and junior designers in CAD modeling and 3D workflows.Organize internal training sessions and workshops to build team capacity in 3D design and visualization.Develop structured tutorials and learning materials for internal design education programs.Required Skills & Software ProficiencyDesign & EngineeringAutodesk Fusion 360SolidWorks Visualization & AnimationBlender (Animation, rendering, lighting, VFX)Adobe After Effects (Motion graphics, compositing)Adobe Photoshop (Texturing, post-production) Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.3+ years of experience in CAD design and product development.Proven experience in 3D animation and rendering workflows.Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.Passion for drones, product design, and emerging technologies
