Hiring: Mid-Level Flutter Developer (3-Month Freelance Contract, Pay N450K - N600K, Extension Possible Based on Performance)

Are you an experienced Flutter developer with a passion for building seamless, high-performance apps across multiple platforms? We're seeking a Mid-Level Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to creating cutting-edge, cross-platform applications with real-time communication and advanced media handling capabilities.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain Flutter applications for iOS, Android, Web, and Desktop (Windows/macOS/Linux)

Implement complex state management using Redux, Provider, or Flutter Hooks

Integrate real-time communication features using WebRTC and WebSockets

Handle video streaming, media processing, and advanced audio/video features

Integrate APIs and manage GraphQL-based data flow with code generation

Implement secure authentication systems, including OAuth, JWT, and SSO

Build advanced UI/UX with responsive designs and custom animations

Collaborate with the team to release and manage app versions on App Store, Play Store, and Amazon Store

Participate in CI/CD pipelines, code generation, and multi-platform builds

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of Flutter/Dart experience with complex state management

Cross-platform expertise (iOS, Android, Web, Desktop)

Real-time communication experience (WebRTC, WebSockets)

Video streaming and media handling expertise

Experience with GraphQL integration and code generation

Strong knowledge of authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, SSO)

Ability to design advanced UI/UX with custom animations and responsive design

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Technical Stack Knowledge

State Management: Redux, Flutter Hooks, Provider

Networking: GraphQL, WebRTC, WebSockets, HTTP/Dio

Media: Video players, audio handling, image processing

Platform Integration: Native platform channels, secure storage

Build Tools: Code generation, CI/CD, multi-platform builds
