Job Summary
Responsible for managing and growing strategic key accounts to drive sales, distribution, and brand visibility across on-trade and/or off-trade channels within the alcoholic beverages sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets
Negotiate listings, pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements
Drive volume, value, and distribution growth
Ensure strong in-outlet execution, visibility, and compliance
Collaborate with marketing and distributors on activations and promotions
Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and competitor activity
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
4–6 years' experience in alcoholic beverage sales, including key account management
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
Good understanding of alcohol categories, trade channels, and regulations
