Job Title: Front Desk & Social Media Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking an extroverted, organized, and social-media–savvy lady to manage our WhatsApp groups, social media pages, create short burst contents & front desk operations. This role combines customer interaction, online engagement, and office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage WhatsApp groups - share updates, respond to inquiries & provide basic customer support to clients.
  • Create, Manage and post content on IG, Tiktok, and YouTube
  • Respond to dms & comments promptly
  • Serve as front desk officer - receive and attend to visitors
  • Manage walk-in inquiries & office coordination

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a degree, ND or HND in any of the following; Mass Communication, Theatre Arts, Marketing, Creative Writing, Literature and Public Relations or any relevant degree.

Basic understanding of social media engagement tactics is encouraged.

Creative thinker, pleasant attitude, with a fun and extroverted approach to work and life.

  • Good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, polite, and professional
  • Basic computer and video editing skills (email, capcut)
  • Previous experience in real estate or social media management is an advantage
