Job Overview

Tusen Consulting Limited is seeking a dynamic Factory HR Supervisor to support and manage core human resource functions within its client's manufacturing facilities in Ikorodu, Lagos. The ideal candidate will implement HR policies, drive employee engagement and ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs

  • Support employer branding

Training & Development

  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives

  • Support career path planning and employee growth

  • Promote continuous learning

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations

  • Conduct periodic audits

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive workplace culture

  • Support conflict resolution and employee welfare

  • Organize engagement programs

Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems

  • Guide managers in conducting evaluations

  • Analyze appraisal outcomes

General Administration & Support

  • Maintain HR records

  • Manage daily administrative tasks

  • Execute additional tasks or projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
