Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Client Acquisition Manager
to identify, target, and secure new clients, driving the company's growth and expanding our market share. This role requires a dynamic professional who can seamlessly blend proactive sales strategies with exceptional client relationship management and project coordination.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment, with compensation directly tied to successful client acquisition and the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
Identify and research potential clients in target markets using various channels, including social media, networking, and industry events. - Sales & Negotiation:
Initiate contact with prospective clients, present the company's value proposition, conduct presentations, negotiate contract terms, and ultimately close deals to bring new clients onboard. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and foster potential for future growth and retention. - Project Coordination:
Liaise between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful delivery of services, aligning client goals with company solutions. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track client acquisition metrics (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and provide regular, data-driven reports and insights to management. - Strategy & Analysis:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine effective acquisition strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis. - Consulting & Problem Solving:
Work closely with clients to understand their specific business needs, provide strategic recommendations, and resolve issues promptly with a client-focused mindset.
Qualifications:
- Education:
An experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Experience:
Proven experience in a sales, business development, or client acquisition role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, organizing tasks, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools is a plus.
