What You'll Do

  • Design and curate cutting-edge assessments to measure key traits like drive, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
  • Partner with leadership to validate talent frameworks that predict high performance.
  • Analyze assessment data to improve hiring decisions and workforce outcomes.
  • Enhance candidate experience through inclusive and engaging testing methods.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner, driving evidence-based recruitment and development.
  • Stay ahead of global HR and talent science trends.

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis skills — you can turn insights into practical HR strategies.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a scientific mindset.
  • The confidence to challenge traditional HR thinking while building trust across teams.
