Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Legal Counsel located in Lagos. The Junior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and negotiating contracts. This role involves addressing legal issues and providing legal support to various departments within the organization. Daily tasks also include ensuring compliance with various legal regulations and representing the company in legal matters as required.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Law and Legal Issues
  • Skills in Contract Negotiation
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Advice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Called to the Bar
  • One year experience at most in a corporate legal setting is a plus
