Job summary

The RSM is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, effective stock management, accurate pricing, and proper display of products. The role requires strong system knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate sales, inventory, and administrative activities effectively

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Showroom Operations:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the retail showroom.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom environment at all times.
  • Supervise showroom staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Customer Service & Sales Support:

  • Attend to walk-in customers professionally and provide product guidance where necessary.
  • Support the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Email & Administrative Management:

  • Attend to official emails promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, vendor communications, and internal correspondence.
  • Prepare basic reports and updates as required by management.

Product Display & Merchandising:

  • Ensure proper display of furniture, IT products, and stationery items in line with company standards.
  • Regularly review and improve product arrangement to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Ensure price tags and product information are accurate and clearly displayed.

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Manage stock transfers between warehouse and showroom.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excesses.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.

Pricing & System Management:

  • Effect price changes on the system as approved by management.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy across the system and showroom displays.
  • Possess strong system knowledge for sales, inventory, and reporting.
  • Ensure all transactions are correctly captured on the system.

Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • 2 years' experience
