Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Change Management & Organization Development, based in Gujeni Community, 47KM from Zuma Rock Abuja, Kaduna Abuja Express Way. The role involves leading and managing change initiatives, developing and executing organizational development strategies, and driving business transformation projects. Daily tasks include engaging with stakeholders, managing programs, implementing culture change initiatives, and providing analytical support for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
  • Experience in Program Management and Business Transformation
  • Proven ability in Culture Change and Stakeholder Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications in change management or related areas are a plus
  • Experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
