Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Compensation Benefits and Payroll Specialist based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The role involves managing employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and processing payroll accurately and on time. Responsibilities include managing employee records, analyzing compensation policies, assisting with budget allocations for salaries, and addressing payroll-related inquiries. The role requires collaboration with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compensation structures, and employee benefits administration
  • Experience with compliance regulations, labor laws, and tax policies related to payroll and benefits
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tools such as payroll software and spreadsheets
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and employees
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly
  • Previous experience in HR, payroll, benefits coordination, or related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
