**Job Title: Digital Marketer (NYSC)

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos (Hybrid)
About the Role**
Wildfire Business Solutions Ltd is looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales-Focused Digital Marketer (NYSC) to join our team. In this role, you won't just execute campaigns—you'll help our clients grow their sales, drive real business impact, and earn commissions on successful results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lagos corps member passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and sales growth. You'll learn how to combine marketing strategies with revenue generation, contribute to real campaigns, and see the direct impact of your work on clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation

  • Support clients in using digital channels to drive sales and acquire new customers.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns for higher conversion and ROI.
  • Assist in outreach and follow-ups to nurture leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft campaigns that generate measurable sales results.
  • Campaign Management & Digital Marketing
  • Help execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email campaigns, and promotions designed to drive sales.
  • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue impact.
  • Work with content and design teams to ensure sales-focused messaging and consistent brand presentation.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Communicate regularly with the team lead to align on sales targets and campaign strategies.
  • Take ownership of projects, propose ideas to improve performance, and implement feedback to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new tools that can help clients grow revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be a current NYSC corps member (preferably serving in Lagos).
  • Passionate about digital marketing, sales, and results-driven campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage clients.
  • Basic understanding of social media management, analytics, and campaign execution.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to take initiative to drive results.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
