Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketer based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media channels, and analyzing web performance. Responsibilities include lead generation, managing website content, optimizing web analytics, and ensuring the alignment of all digital marketing efforts with the hotel's overall branding and business goals. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to create and implement marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including campaign management and online advertising.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing, Graphics Design and Lead Generation.
  • Strong skills in Web Analytics and data interpretation to track and improve performance.
  • Expertise in Marketing and branding strategies, especially in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Lagos hospitality market is a plus.
