Generative AI Trainer (Remote) - Career Helps

Career Helps is seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly skilled Generative AI Trainer to lead our cutting-edge courses. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to impact the careers of students worldwide. You will be responsible for delivering world-class instruction on the theory, application, and practical implementation of Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging, in-depth, and hands-on training sessions (live) on Generative AI concepts, tools, and best practices.

  • Content Development: Create and update high-quality learning materials, presentations, practical exercises, and project-based assignments to ensure a cutting-edge curriculum.

  • Core Concept Instruction: Teach fundamental Generative AI topics, including:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer Architectures.

  • Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Diffusion Models.

  • Prompt Engineering and Model Fine-Tuning (e.g., LoRA).

  • Ethical AI, Bias, and Responsible Use of Generative Models.

  • Student Support: Provide personalized mentorship, conduct dedicated long-term doubt sessions, and review student code/projects to ensure successful learning outcomes.

  • Stay Current: Maintain deep expertise in the latest GenAI research, frameworks (like PyTorch/TensorFlow), open-source models (e.g., Hugging Face), and cloud AI services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training, especially in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

  • Generative AI Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of core Generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, Transformers/LLMs, Diffusion Models) and their practical applications (text, image, code generation).

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Pedagogy: Proven ability to adapt teaching methodologies and provide engaging instruction in a remote learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms for MLOps/GenAI deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Experience in Prompt Engineering techniques for optimizing LLM outputs.

  • A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
