The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to transform expert-designed lesson plans and proprietary AI tools into high-impact, visually stunning video tutorials. You will act as the bridge connecting technical theory with real-world application, utilizing the power of AI to streamline coding and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Impact Content Production:
  Create energetic, visually polished video lessons (approx minutes) that are graphically beautiful and intellectually stimulating.
• Technical Storytelling:
  Innovate upon provided themes. You must explain complex algorithms, coding concepts, or mathematical theories with absolute clarity and patience (a "Zero-to-Hero" teaching mindset).
• Visual Engineering:
  Use design tools like
  Canva
  to create engaging visual assets that simplify technical explanations.
• AI Integration:
  Demonstrate the power of AI—using our proprietary apps and tools like
  Gemini/GPT
  —to streamline coding, research, and problem-solving live in your lessons.
• Real-World Application:
  Ensure every lesson includes practical scenarios where students apply what they learn immediately.

Candidate Requirements

1. Education & Technical Expertise

• Bachelor's Degree Required:
  You must possess a strong academic background or degree in
  Computer Science, Software Engineering, Programming, Mathematics, or STEM
  .
• Coding Proficiency:
  Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc..
• AI Passion:
  A deep passion for Artificial Intelligence and its application in modern engineering.

2. Communication & Voice (Strict Requirement)

• Native-Level Clarity:
  You must possess a clear, neutral, and easily understood
  Native or Native-like English accent
  .
• Audio Precision:
  Given our global student base, audio clarity is paramount; students must not strain to understand pronunciation.
• Persona:
  You must embody a demeanor that is friendly and approachable, yet strictly professional. You are not just a narrator; you are a mentor.

3. The "Nazli Tech" Mindset

• A flair for creativity and visual design (Canva experience is a major plus).
• A desire to empower students globally to master the future of technology.

Compensation: Partnership Model

We view you as a partner in the channel's growth, not just a freelancer.

• Fixed Base Pay:
  $100 USD Monthly Retainer.
• Performance Incentives:
  This role operates on a lucrative Affiliate/Performance model. As organic views and subscribers increase on your videos, a percentage is added to your payment.
• Uncapped Growth:
  The more engaging and high-quality your content, the higher your income potential. There is
  no cap on earnings
  based on channel performance.
