The Bartender prepares and serves drinks to guests while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere. They mix beverages, manage bar inventory, handle cash transactions, and ensure cleanliness. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of drink recipes and safety standards.

• Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to specifications.
• Developing drink menus and cocktail recipes and guiding/helping guests choose drink options from your curated menu.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well stocked.
• Adhere to all local and national liquor laws.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures.

Requirements:

• SSCE, OND, HND, or BSC in any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a bartender in a restaurant or club.
• Certification in a mixology course will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment like POS, etc.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Cleanliness and multitasking ability.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Customer Satisfaction oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Respectful and jovial while remaining professional.
