Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Car Detailers to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, restoring, and finishing vehicles to a high standard both interior and exterior ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors using proper cleaning techniques and products.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and deep-clean vehicle interiors including seats, carpets, dashboards, and windows.
• Remove stains, odors, and dirt using specialized cleaning agents.
• Conduct pre- and post-detail inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Apply protective coatings, conditioners, and sealants to paint, leather, and vinyl surfaces.
• Handle cleaning tools and machines (buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Report any vehicle damage, defects, or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, punctuality, and customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum of SSCE / OND certificate (or equivalent).
• Experience: 1–2 years experience in car detailing, washing, or related auto care services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cars.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work long hours or in outdoor environments.
• Basic knowledge of car cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety practices.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
• Basic understanding of vehicle types and their cleaning requirements is a plus.
