This person will plan, create, post and interact daily with our audience, ensuring our online community continues to grow and thrive. You'll work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Production teams to align online activities with campaigns, launches and brand goals.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ManagementCreate, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts).- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and page updates across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).- Write compelling captions that reflect the brand's tone and encourage engagement.- Ensure all visuals and content align with Faro's aesthetic and brand identity.Engagement & GrowthRespond promptly and professionally to DMs, comments, and inquiries.- Interact with followers and customers to build community and loyalty.- Increase brand reach and engagement through consistent, creative, and strategic posting.- Collaborate with the Sales team to promote campaigns, sales, and new product launches.Strategy & CollaborationDevelop and implement monthly social media content calendars.- Analyze page performance and provide weekly reports on growth, engagement, and conversions.- Collaborate with Production and Marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.- Research social media trends and adapt strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.Customer Interaction & SupportFollow up with customers via DMs or comments on orders or product inquiries.- Support customer satisfaction by providing accurate, friendly, and timely responses.- Work with the Marketing team to identify social media campaigns that can drive offline and online sales.RequirementsOND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.- 1–3 years of experience managing brand social media pages (experience in lifestyle, beauty, or home décor brands is a plus).- ⁠Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong eye for aesthetics.- Ability to plan ahead, meet posting schedules, and handle multiple projects.⁠Send CV and Portfolio to or 4
