Job Position: Store Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience in our Victoria Island outlet.
  • The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with strong leadership, commercial, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, supervise stock replenishment, and control shrinkage.
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Recruit, train, and appraise store staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and financial controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and stock management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when required.
