About the Role

  • We are seeking a creative and strategic Copy & Content Writer to join our fast-growing team.
  • This role is ideal for someone who can blend storytelling, clarity, and conversion by crafting persuasive and engaging content across digital platforms that educates, inspires, and drives action.
  • You will be responsible for writing copy and content that shapes our brand voice, supports campaigns, and connects with our entrepreneurial audience.
  • If you are passionate about creating content that moves people and are comfortable writing in a high-performance, business-focused environment, this role is for you.
  • Knowledge of the drone or technology industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write engaging copy for blogs, newsletters, websites, lead magnets, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop clear and persuasive messaging for sales pages, product descriptions, and email sequences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to bring brand campaigns to life.
  • Ensure all written materials align with company's tone, positioning, and strategic goals.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts for social media platforms.
  • Contribute to content calendars and maintain consistent publishing schedules.
  • Track performance metrics such as open rates, engagement, and conversions to optimise copy for results.
  • Conduct research to produce relevant, accurate, and audience-driven content.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in copywriting, content writing, or brand communication.
  • Strong understanding of marketing psychology, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to write with precision, empathy, and commercial intent.
  • Familiarity with content strategy, SEO principles, and digital marketing funnels.
  • Excellent research and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable collaborating remotely with strategists, designers, and executives.
  • Experience or interest in the drone, aviation, or emerging technology industries is a major plus.
