A leader who can translate ideas into narratives that redefine markets. The Strategic Writer & Content Architect will author the ideas that define Eikon - crafting thought leadership, constructing our proprietary assets, and ensuring every word that carries our name reflects the precision and authority our brand represents. He/She will also ensure adherence to Eikons' established policies and processes.

Role Description

In our founding stage, Eikon is building a core team of visionaries who will shape the next era of strategic branding. The Strategic Writer & Content Architect will author the ideas that define Eikon - crafting thought leadership, constructing our proprietary assets, and ensuring every word that carries our name reflects the precision and authority our brand represents. He/She will also ensure adherence to Eikons' established policies and processes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Define and construct the intellectual narrative behind Eikon's proprietary frameworks and strategic assets, ensuring each piece reflects the company's philosophy of precision and foresight.
• Author long-form, insight-driven content that translates complex market intelligence into compelling strategic publications and brand manifestos.
• Develop executive thought leadership materials that position Eikon and its leadership as authoritative voices within the brand and strategy landscape.
• Craft high-impact short-form content from campaign copy to digital storytelling that captures attention and reinforces Eikon's distinct tone of authority.
• Lead and refine Eikon's editorial and social media direction, ensuring every output aligns with the brand's aesthetic discipline, timing, and strategic intent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to weave narrative integrity into all client-facing deliverables and brand assets.
• Plan and implement an editorial calendar that aligns with business objectives, seasonal campaigns, and long-term brand milestones.
• Assess performance and perception of content outputs through strategic insight and feedback loops, continuously enhancing resonance, engagement, and market impact.
• Any other related responsibility assigned.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• Experience:
  5–7 years of senior experience in brand strategy, strategic communications, or management consulting - ideally within high-performance or agency environments.
• Portfolio:
  A body of work demonstrating the ability to write both long-form strategic documents and short-form executive copy.
• Strategic Acumen:
  Proven capacity to interpret complex B2B models and data, translating them into powerful, accessible narratives.
• Ownership Mindset:
  Willingness to both design and execute - embodying Eikon's principle of speed with fidelity.
• Cultural Intelligence:
  Ability to perceive and anticipate cultural and psychographic shifts, integrating them into strategic storytelling.

Supervision

The Strategic Writer & Content Architect will report directly to the MD/CEO, Eikon Brand Strategists LTD.

Working Conditions/Duration of Assignment

This is a full-time position, based in Abuja, Nigeria.
