Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Operations based in Warri. The Head of Operations will oversee and optimize day-to-day business activities, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational workflows. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving processes, ensuring budgeting and resource allocation efficiency, and coordinating across departments to foster a high-performing organizational culture. The position plays a key role in driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and overseeing complex workflows
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and developing strategic improvements
• Leadership experience in Team Management and the ability to motivate and align diverse groups
• Excellent Communication skills for conveying ideas clearly and managing stakeholder relationships
• Capability in Budgeting to ensure optimal financial planning and resource allocation
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in multidisciplinary environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in industries such as real estate, technology, construction, or energy is an advantage
