Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Warri. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent development. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing training programs, ensuring legal compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves addressing employee grievances and collaborating with senior management to align HR practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in organizational development, training, and performance management
  • Experience with strategic HR planning and workforce analysis
  • Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policy implementation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CIPD are beneficial
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
