· Prepare, review, and negotiate high -value contracts with clients,vendors, and OEMs to secure favorable terms.· Oversee execution, renewals, amendments, and ensure compliancewith agreed terms.· Develop frameworks to identify and minimize legal, financial, andoperational risks.· Ensure contracts align with oil & gas industry regulations,QHSE standards, and company policies.· Serve as the main liaison between internal teams, clients, andvendors for contract -related matters.· Manage contract disputes, negotiate settlements, and ensuretimely, cost -effective resolutions.· Monitor contract KPIs, vendor performance, and identify efficiencyimprovements.· Stay ahead of market trends, competitive pricing, and emergingregulatory changes.· Conduct regular contract audits to identify infractions and ensureadherence to terms.· Develop and maintain templates for contracts, RFQs, and ITTs tostreamline processes.· Maintain a contract repository and generate reports on contractstatus, risks, and performance.· Identify savings opportunities through contract structuring andnegotiation tactics.· Track contract deliverables, deadlines, and milestones to ensurefull compliance.· Provide contract -related training and guidance to internal teamson obligations and risk management.· Support tender submissions and ensure bid documentation alignswith contractual and regulatory requirements. RequirementsWhat we are looking for:Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Law, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.MBA or MSc (preferred).Certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred).Certification in Project Management or Contract Law (preferred).  Experience:· 5+ years of supply chain, contractadministration, or procurement experience in the oil & gas industry Knowledge and Proficiency in:• Oil & Gas Industry Contracts, Standards, andRegulations • Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Administration • Risk Assessment, Compliance, and Dispute Resolution • Bids, Tenders, and Procurement Processes • Contract Performance Monitoring and Vendor Management
