Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for multiple construction sites.
  • Oversee all phases of construction, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered to client specifications.
  • Implement and maintain effective construction management processes and technologies to enhance project delivery.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including site managers, general contractors, designers, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Oversee the hiring and training of construction personnel as needed.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and proactively resolving any issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, representing the company in all project-related meetings.

Financial & Contractual Management:

  • Manage project budgets, control costs, and oversee estimating, bidding, and contract administration.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field with 4-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a construction management role, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
  • Experience managing multi-site construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management software and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment, as well as a thorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
