Job Description

This role is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, thinks critically, and takes initiative early.

You'll support project delivery from end to end — helping to structure thinking, build client-ready outputs, and make things work behind the scenes. On any given week, you may:

● Develop internal and client-facing strategy decks and proposals

● Conduct desk research, organize interviews, and distill complex findings

● Draft documentation for business reviews, operations audits, or policy designs

● Assist in designing and facilitating strategy retreats, training sessions, or stakeholder workshops

● Support delivery teams with structured follow-ups, synthesis, and high-quality execution

● Build training materials, workplans, or internal frameworks that support ongoing transformation

This role will stretch both your analytical and execution capabilities — and strengthen your ability to deliver structured thinking in complex, evolving settings.
