Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Service Sales Specialist. The specialist will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and experience. Responsibilities include assisting with inquiries, resolving customer issues, handling sales-related communications via multiple channels, and maintaining a positive rapport with clients. Day-to-day tasks will also involve supporting customer onboarding processes, tracking customer engagement, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficient in Customer Experience enhancement and providing engaging customer interactions
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales support is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer-facing roles
