Requirement: Must live within Lagos Mainland (Ikosi/Ketu/Magodo preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, reliable, and experienced Assistant Manager to support the Lounge Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our premium lounge. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and skilled in managing both staff and guest relations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist the Manager in supervising daily lounge operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

● Oversee staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor employee performance to ensure optimal productivity.

● Provide hands-on leadership during peak hours and events, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

● Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards in the lounge.

● Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to resolve issues and improve service quality.

● Support inventory management, procurement of supplies, and coordination with vendors.

● Assist in the planning and execution of lounge events and promotions.

● Train and onboard new staff, and conduct ongoing staff development and performance evaluations.

● Ensure compliance with all lounge policies and local regulatory requirements.

● Prepare shift reports, sales summaries, and incident reports for management

Requirements & Qualifications

● Minimum of HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

● Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or lounge/bar industry.

● Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

● Good knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reconciliation.

● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
